The Melbourne School of Fashion was established in 1991 and is a private institution specialising in vocational training for the fashion industry.

The courses offered are taught to industry standards and the skills criteria are set by the industry itself.

Being a vocational training institution, the courses are practical, hands-on and industry focused. As a result, our graduates are highly sought after and we have an excellent graduate employment track record.

Class sizes are limited to ensure maximum attention from lecturers. Practical classes have a limit of 16 students and theoretical classes, such as Business and Product Development, have a limit of 28.
